Ingredients to make Icy chikoo rose rabri

  • Chikoo - 2pcs
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • rose syrup - 2 tbsp

How to make Icy chikoo rose rabri

  1. Grind chikoo with 2 tbsp milk and transfer this chikoo paste to ice cube tray and freeze it.
  2. Take a heavy bottom pan, heat remaining milk in pan on medium flame to make rabri and cool it.
  3. Now take a glass, de mould chikoo cubes in a glass, add rabri than garnish with rose syrup.
  4. Serve cool icy chikoo rose rabri with spoon.

My Tip:

Chikoo and rose syrup is already sweet, so make rabri without sugar. You can make ice cubes of any fruit.
