Ingredients to make Chocolaty Vermicelli delight

  • Vermicelli / Simui - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 litre
  • ghee - 2 teaspoons
  • sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Melted chocolate - 4 tablespoons
  • Smashed green cardamom pods - 4 pieces
  • Roasted cashew - 10 - 15 gm
  • raisins - 10 - 15 gm
  • Pinch of salt
  • Strawberry jelly - 1 teaspoon
  • tulsi leaves for garnish

How to make Chocolaty Vermicelli delight

  1. Boil 1 litre milk and cook down to condense it and keep aside . Now heat ghee in a wok and add vermicelli .
  2. Fry vermicelli in ghee and add milk into it slowly .
  3. Keep stirring it , vermicelli should be cooked properly in milk . When it is almost cooked add sugar and keep stirring .
  4. Now smash green cardamom pods and add into it .
  5. Now add melted chocolate this time and add roasted cashew nuts and raisins and mix it properly .
  6. Turn off the flame and garnish with a strawberry jelly and fresh Tulsi ke patte .
  7. Enjoy
