Ingredients to make Chocolate overload cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of ground sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa pwdr
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Dark chocolate ,600 gms
  • cream 300 gms
  • m & m chocolates

How to make Chocolate overload cake

  1. Beat egg till fluffy.
  2. Add sugar till it dissolves.
  3. Add oil and vanilla essence.
  4. Sieve all dry ingredients together (all purpose flour baking powder baking soda Cocoa pwdr ).
  5. Add all the sieved dry ingredients in the beater with wet ingredients.
  6. Beat well then add milk as required , I used one cup milk.
  7. It has to be dripping consistency.
  8. Preheat oven Temp 180degree.
  9. Cover baking dish with parchment paper, pour cake batter. I took two baking dishes as I wanted to make three layers of cake, size wise. I have cut two layers from one of the cake amongst two that I was baking.
  10. Place into oven on middle rack for 30 to 35 mins.
  11. Check with tooth pick if done
  12. Let it cool then demold and cut two rounds from one cake as shown in pic there should b three layers of different sizes.
  13. Melt dark chocolate and cream in double boile,r than apply on each layer let it cool for some time then layer with chocolate ganache again. Decorate with m & m chocolate. And lastly pour more ganache on top layer of cake.
