Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Khoya 500 gms
  2. Paneer200gms
  3. 2 pinches of baking powder
  4. 8 table spoons amranth flour
  5. Sugar 3 cups
  6. Water 3 cups
  7. Cardamom powder half tsp
  8. Pistachios 8-10

Instructions

  1. Mash khoya and paneer very well. No crystals should be there.It will take 6-7 minutes .
  2. Put half tsp cardamom powder. Add amranth flour and baking powder. Knead nicely. Make equal sized balls and fry in desi ghee on low to medium flame. Make sugar syrup with water and sugar till thick, add balls and soak for 2 hrs.Garnish with pistachios. Enjoy.
