Ingredients to make White ganache moist brownie

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Ganache
  • 100 gms white chocolate
  • 100 gms cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

How to make White ganache moist brownie

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C Mix oil and sugar until well blended.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until blended. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Stir dry ingredients into the oil/sugar mixture. Don't over mix.
  4. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 20 minutes or the toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
  5. For the Ganache:
  6. Mix both white chocolate and cream in double boiler. After cooling, pour on top of the brownie. Cool and cut into square pieces.

It tells that the recipe is Veg but if you check the ingredients its Non-veg contains egg.

sorry i think its wrongly tik in veg section i going to edit
