Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lauki....250gm
  2. Milk ....100 gm
  3. Cardamom powder....1|2 tsp
  4. Mawa...2 tsp
  5. Sugar....4 tsp
  6. Ghee....1 tsp
  7. Edible green colour
  8. Almond for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1) Take a pan, heat ghee.
  2. 2) Grate lauki. Add in the ghee and saute for 1minute.
  3. 3) Add milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4) Add sugar and mawa. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. 5) Add cardamon powder and if want add green edible colour...a pinch
  6. 6) Bring the mixture to the dry consistency.
  7. 7) Serve after garnishing with almond.
