Ingredients to make Betel leaves and Coconut creme Shots

  • Betel leaves 12 no.
  • coconut creme 1/2 cup.
  • sugar 2 tbsp ( powdered).
  • lemon 1
  • Zest of 1 lemon.
  • Grated coconut. 3 tbsp.
  • Roasted ground nuts 1/3 cup
  • almonds 12 to 15.
  • Cardemom powder 1/2 tsp.
  • cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
  • Ground pepper 1 tsp.
  • A pinch of Sendha salt.

How to make Betel leaves and Coconut creme Shots

  1. Wash betel leaves cut and dry grind with grated coconut .
  2. Dry grind roasted ground nuts, Almonds, pepper and mix with betel leaves mixture.
  3. Add Lemon zest and juice of a lime. Mix well. Add a pinch of salt. ( sendha namak)
  4. Let the mixture cool in refrigerator( freezer) for 10 minutes. Take out and add Coconut Creme. Mix well and form the balls.
  5. Cool and Serve chilled after your High carb Fast Foods.

My Tip:

Dry Betel Leaves well and grind without water. You can use honey also.
