Ingredients to make Almond chocolate cake

  • One cup maida
  • Half cup cocoa pwd
  • 100gm butter
  • Half tea spoon baking pwd
  • Half tea spoon baking soda
  • One cup almond roasted
  • Half cup condensed milk
  • Half cup sugar
  • Some pistachio for garnish
  • Some chocolate crumbs

How to make Almond chocolate cake

  1. Take maida, bk soda, bk pwd and cocoa pwd, sieve it two times.
  2. Take a bowl add butter and pwd sugar beat it with beater till smooth .
  3. Add condensed milk , a little pinch of salt and maida.
  4. Beat all this add one tea spn vanilla essence.
  5. Add almond crumbs and just fold it.
  6. Grease a round mould with butter, dust some maida.
  7. Pour the better in mould.
  8. Bake it in pre heat oven for 30 to 35 minute or till it done check with toothpick.
  9. Let it cool down completely.
  10. Take a pan put chocolate two tblspn butter and two tblspn pwd sugar .
  11. Cook with four to five tbl spn water and cool it.
  12. Put the cake on a plate cut from middle.
  13. Spread chocolate glaze on it then put second part on it and cover with this chocolate glaze.
  14. Sprinkle chocolate crumb on top.
  15. Garnish with almond and pistachio.

My Tip:

Use dark compound chocolate.
