Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 150 gm Rajgiri grain
  2. Two tbl spn ghee
  3. Half tea spn cumin seed
  4. Vegetable- bottle guard, parwal potato, tomato etc.
  5. Rock salt and black pepper
  6. Green chilli and coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. Wash and strain, keep for half an hour.
  2. Cut all the vegetables and wash.
  3. Put a cooker on flame and put two tbl spn ghee in it .
  4. Add akka jeera and green chilli.
  5. Add all the vegitable add salt, black pepper and jeera pwd.
  6. Lastly add grains fry all this.
  7. Add three cup of water or as required .
  8. Cook for three to four whistles.
  9. Garnish with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot.
