Tinni Rice Tehari

Ingredients to make Tinni Rice Tehari

  • 100 gm tinni's rice
  • 1 medium size potato
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/4 tea spoon cumin seed
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 2 tea spoon pure ghee
  • 400 ml water
  • salt to taste

How to make Tinni Rice Tehari

  1. Wash and soak the rice. Chop the potato and tomato in the small pieces. Chop the green chillies. Cut the coriander leaves also.
  2. Put the ghee into the pressure cooker.Now add jeera and chillies into it. Now add potato and tomato also in it. Cover the cooker for a few minutes.
  3. Now add rice salt and water also in it. Cover the pressure cooker now. After 4 to 5 whistle, turn off the flame. Serve hot by decorating with coriander leaves.
