Wash & Soak sabudana for 2-3 hours in enough water to barely cover the top. Fluff the grains using fork every 30 mins.
In a non stick pan put this water along with the sabudana & cook till soft & transparent.
Add corn kernels and stir it for a min.( if you are not fasting).
Add sugar and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Take a separate sauce pan, boil together coconut milk, water & salt. for 2-3 mins.
Keep both the prepared sabudana and milk separately until you serve as this kheer thickens on cooling.
At the time of serving take 1 kithchen table spoon of sabudana and 11/2 kitchen table spoon of milk and warm it up as per your taste.
