ABOUT Mawa Mishri RECIPE

This desert is very easy to make, healthy, yummy, a recipe from my maternal aunt - mamisa!!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Homemade paneer - 1kg
  2. Homemade khoya - 1kg
  3. Milk - half cup
  4. Sugar - as per taste
  5. Crystal sugar/mishri - half tsp
  6. Almonds - few chopped
  7. Saffron - few

Instructions

  1. Mix paneer and khoya in a bowl with the help of hand.
  2. Heat a pan on medium flame, cook the paneer khoya mixture for 5 minutes, make sure it will not be stick.
  3. Add sugar and milk, mix well, switch off the gas.
  4. Serve it in bowl, garnish with mishri, chopped almonds and saffron.
