Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot- 2 nos ( Roughly chopped)
  2. Almond Powder:- 2 tbsp
  3. Cardamom:- 3 nos
  4. Milk - half ltr
  5. Sugar - 4-5 tbsp
  6. For Garnishing:- Grated Carrot
  7. Cashew and few Raisins

Instructions

  1. Take pressure cooker add chopped carrot, milk, sugar and cardamom. Please note milk just to cover carrot. Cover the lid and cook for 1 whistle.
  2. Once it cools down, grind cooked carrot in a blender.
  3. Heat a deep pan and add some ghee, fry cashew, almond and raisins and keep aside.
  4. Fry grated carrot until little crispy and keep aside.
  5. Now in the same ghee add ground carrot paste and fry over low heat.
  6. Add remaining milk and cook stirring continuously.
  7. Add fried cashew, almond, raisins.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
  9. Garnish with grated carrot and remaining cashew, almond and raisins.
