Tangy kiwi

Ingredients to make Tangy kiwi

  • 250 gram white chocolate
  • 2-3 drops of lemon essence
  • 25 gram dry kiwi

How to make Tangy kiwi

  1. Temper white chocolate.
  2. Chop dry kiwi in to small pieces.
  3. Add lemon essence and chopped kiwi, mix well.
  4. Transfer chocolate into mold.
  5. Tap the mold on working table to remove air bubbles.
  6. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  7. Turn the mold upside down.
  8. Store in a cool place.

My Tip:

Use only dried kiwi.
