Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 3/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup oil
  4. 1/4 cocoa powder
  5. 1 tsp baking soda
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp vinegar
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. 1/2 cup coffee
  10. Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Method- Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree for 5 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl add sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, mix well and keep aside.
  3. Take another bowl to this add sugar and oil blend well for 3 minutes then add milk and vanilla essence, mix well.
  4. Now add this to dry ingredients with vinegar and coffee mix well until it is smooth and of pouring consistency.
  5. Take a baking tin apply butter and dust with flour remove excess flour by tapping the tin. Now add the cake batter bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
  6. For tree bark like structure- Melt the cooking chocolate in the double boiler.
  7. When it starts melting switch off the flame.
  8. Mix well to a smooth consistency, let it cool a bit.
  9. To make tree bark structure pour the chocolate on butter paper or parchment paper, flatten them with the back of the spoon and mark the lines with the forks.
  10. Let it cool for 5 minutes or keep it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  11. Now it is ready to decorate the cake.
