Ingredients to make Hummus with Smoked Paprika

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Few coriander leaves
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • salt as per taste
  • A pinch of smoked paprika

How to make Hummus with Smoked Paprika

  1. In a blender add everything to make a smooth paste. Then pour in the lemon juice and top it with smoked paprika.
  2. Spread on a toast to enjoy or serve it with crackers.

My Tip:

To replace the tahini just add thick curd/ yogurt. This stays good for about 4-5 days when refrigerated.
