Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana 50g (soaked for 2 hrs.)
  2. Potato 1 large (cut in to cubes)
  3. Onion 1 med. (chopped)
  4. Green coriander 3 tsp (chopped)
  5. Lemon juice 3 tsp
  6. Green chilli 2 (cut)
  7. Curry leaves 15- 20
  8. Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup (coarsely grind)
  9. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  10. Sugar 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Pure ghee 4 tsp
  13. Oil 2Tbsp
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak sabudana for 2 hrs.
  2. 2. Take a wok heat oil, put cumin and potato fry them.
  3. 3.Add onion , green chillies, curry leaves and cook for 2 min. with covered lid.
  4. 4. Add red chilli powder,sugar,pure ghee,some water and cook for 2 min.
  5. 5. Add roasted peanuts sabudana, coriander leaves,lemon juice, and desi ghee cook for 2-3 min.
  6. 6. Your mouthwatering delicious sabudana khichdi is ready.
