  • Full fat milk - 2 cups
  • water - 1 cup
  • honey - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa pd- 1/ 4 th cup
  • Grated ginger - 1/4 th tsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp

How to make Ginger Hot Chocolate

  1. In a saucepan boil milk and water.When it starts simmering,add cocoa, ginger and honey.
  2. Whisk continuously . Turn off flame, add vanilla essence and mix well.
  3. Pour into tall glasses or cups.Top with whipped cream/ chocolate syrup.
