Ingredients to make Veg mushroom garlic rice

  • rice
  • 1 cup mushroom diced
  • 1 carrot cutted in juliens
  • 1 cup cauliflower cutted in small pieces
  • 1 cup French beans diced
  • 1 capsicum cutted in juliens
  • 4-5 garlic chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • Dark Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Woscher soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • oil as required

How to make Veg mushroom garlic rice

  1. Boil your rice in salt and little oil and keep aside.
  2. In a wok heat oil add garlic chillies and saute then add both the sauces and saute add pepper and vegetables And stir fry until vegetables are cooked then add the rice and toss well add salt if required.
  3. Serve hot with side dish.

My Tip:

You can prepare the vegetables stir fry and keep and then add the rice and toss but eating chinese should be eating on time.
