Ingredients to make Dryfruits Chocolate Cake

  • 1 1/2cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup Castor sugar (powder sugar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 melted dark chocolate
  • Dryfruits chopped i added almond, cashew, raisins n anjeer (option)

How to make Dryfruits Chocolate Cake

  1. Mix egg and sugar, blend so that it becomes fluffy and add flour, cocoa powder and milk, mix it again.
  2. Add dry fruits, vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda and mix it well.
  3. Grease cake mold and pour batter in mold.
  4. Heat 2 inches water or 350gm salt on base of pressure cooker (salt controls the temperature ), keep stand in cooker put mold on stand.
  5. Remove whistle of lid and cover the lid.
  6. Pressure cook on medium flame for 40 minutes, open lid and check by inserting knife somewhere on cake.
  7. Let it cool for 15 minutes.

My Tip:

U can apply melted milk chocolate n cake
