Eggless Chocolava

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolava

  • all purpose flour 5 tablespoon
  • sugar 4 tablespoon
  • Milk 4 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate pieces of your choice 2
  • Salted butter 2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • baking soda 1/4 teaspoon

How to make Eggless Chocolava

  1. Mix melted butter and sugar properly in a bowl.
  2. Add sifted powder in the same bowl to make a thick and smooth batter, adjust milk.
  3. Grease the silicon base cup cake moulds properly.
  4. Fill 1/3 with the batter.
  5. Now place the chocolate piece in the same, can use any chocolate.
  6. And pour more batter on top of it (do not fill the mould till top as the cake needs space to rise).
  7. Once filled, set microwave oven to high and cook for 40 to 45 seconds.
  8. Keep in the microwave for 10 odd seconds after the timer finishes.
  9. Don't over bake as it'll result in a dry cup cake.
