Navratri Butter Paneer and Kuttu Aloo Parantha

Ingredients to make Navratri Butter Paneer and Kuttu Aloo Parantha

  • paneer 100 gm
  • tomatoes 4
  • ginger chopped 2 tsp
  • Fresh cream half cup
  • Salt and green chillies to taste
  • Ghee/ oil / butter 3 tbsp
  • Kuttu (chestnut) atta 2 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander

How to make Navratri Butter Paneer and Kuttu Aloo Parantha

  1. For butter paneer:
  2. Take a pan, add ghee or butter or oil.
  3. Add grated ginger.
  4. Roughly chop tomatoes.
  5. And cook till it becomes soft.
  6. Now let it cool down
  7. And grind in mixer.
  8. You will get a rich tomato puree.
  9. Now again pour it into pan and cook well.
  10. Add salt and chillies.
  11. Add a cup of water and bring to a boil.
  12. Add add fresh cream.
  13. And paneer cubes.
  14. Cook on slow flame.
  15. Garnish with fresh coriander and Serve hot.
  16. For kuttu aloo parantha:
  17. Take a bowl.
  18. Add kuttu flour.
  19. Grated boiled potatoes.
  20. Add salt, chillies, coriander seeds and 2 tbsp of oil.
  21. Make a dough using water as required.
  22. Roll out paranthas and cook on non stick pan.

My Tip:

Stir continuously while adding cream.
