About Kalakand Recipe

A sweet fudge like dish made with cottage cheese and condensed milk.

Kalakand

Ingredients to make Kalakand

  • 200ml Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups paneer grated
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 4-6 pistachios
  • A few pinches of cardamom powder

How to make Kalakand

  1. Mix the paneer, condensed milk, cardamom powder, sugar, milk powder. Blend well.
  2. Pour this in a saucepan and cook on a low flame for 5-10 mins
  3. Grease a plate or place an aluminium foil on a tray.
  4. Place the mixture onto the greased plate and garnish with pistachios.
  5. After cooling slice into desired shapes and serve
