  • Rice flour 1/2 cup for crispiness

How to make Stuffed Mirch Bhajji

  1. For stuffing: In a grinding jar, add all the ingredients and grind.
  2. Next, in a bowl add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice mix well and keep a side.
  3. Slit green chillies, remove seeds and add the stuffing into it and keep it aside.
  4. Add ingredients used to make batter and mix well and make it as dosa batter.
  5. Dip stuffed green chillies in batter and deep fry chillies until a golden brown colour is achieved.
  6. After deep frying add those deep fried chillies in paper napkin and again make a deep slit and to that add the mixture made to garnish.
  7. Serve hot along with tomato sauce or green chilli sauce as desired.

My Tip:

1) You can omit deseeding green chillies if you desire to have little spiciness. 2) you can have it directly or you can cut them into two halves if your chillies are too long to hold.
