How to make Paneer Curry with Italian Twist

  1. Heat oil in a pan and shallow Fry paneer cubes till golden brown.
  2. Once fried, take them on a tissue paper to drain out the oil.
  3. In the same pan, add the butter to the oil and put crushed garlic to it. Saute for a minute.
  4. Now add onions, tomato and capsicum and saute for 2 to 3 mins and cover it for 1 min.
  5. Remove the lid and add tomato ketchup and stir for sometime.

My Tip:

Thickness consistency is as per required. If you want a bit thin add water to it, however, it tastes great when thick.
