Chocolate Truffle Cake

Ingredients to make Chocolate Truffle Cake

  • 1 cup maida
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp chocolate essence
  • 1 tsp chocolate brown colour
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp curd
  • 50 gm butter

How to make Chocolate Truffle Cake

  1. Sieve the maida, sugar, soda, baking powder, milk powder and cocoa powder, now mix well.
  2. Put a bowl, put all liquid ingredients, milk, vanilla, chocolate essence, colour, curd, butter and mix all.
  3. Put all dry ingredients in liquid. Mix in cross direction.
  4. Grease & dust the cake tin. Pour the batter and put into pre heated oven & bake for 180 degree for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Now take out of the oven and cool it and cut cake in three layers.
  6. Put chocolate, whipped cream one by one on each layer.
  7. Top layer cover with ganache and side part also cover with ganache.

My Tip:

Put some sugar syrup on each layer, it makes the cake more fluffy and spongy.
