ABOUT Cutlets and Samosa Fillings RECIPE

Tasty fillings of samosas and heart shaped chicken corn cheese cutlets.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 grams Potatoes
  2. 8 pieces broiler Chicken
  3. 200 grams sweet corn
  4. 3-4 cubes amul cheese processed or cheddar
  5. cilantro as needed
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 Black salt
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/2 tsp pepper
  11. 1 tsp cumin powder
  12. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  13. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes, cool, peel and keep aside.
  2. Boil corn and keep aside.
  3. Boil chicken with salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Drain water from chicken, cool and shred the pieces and keep aside.
  5. Divide potatoes into two portions for veg cutlets and non veg cutlets.
  6. Mash both portions of potatoes.
  7. Add half the boiled corn and chicken in one portion of potatoes mashed and keep aside.
  8. Add corn to the other portion of potatoes.
  9. Chop Cilantro and add to both veg and non veg mash.
  10. Grate cheese, add to both portions half half.
  11. Now season the chicken corn potato mash with garam masala, pepper and salt to taste.
  12. Season the potato cheese corn with red chilli powder, cumin powder and black salt.
  13. Mix both the mash well.
