Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 12 slices of white bread
  2. 300 gms + 50 gms white chocolate compound
  3. 3 tbsp custard powder
  4. 300 ml + 50 ml milk
  5. sugar 1 cup
  6. 4 gms china grass leaf
  7. 1/2 cup green pistachio sliced
  8. Food colours - red and blue a few drops
  9. 1 cup papaya puree
  10. Water

Instructions

  1. FIRST TRIM THE EDGES OF BREAD SLICES.
  2. ROLL IT THIN WITH ROLLING PIN.
  3. MAKE A CYLINDER SHAPE ROLL OF IT BY APPLYING FEW DROPS OF WATER AT THE END.
  4. NOW TAKE SIX ROLLS CUT INTO THREE SMALL RINGS FROM ONE ROLL.
  5. LIKE THIS CUT ALL 6 ROLLS.
  6. TAKE 6 ROLLS CUT INTO TWO FROM CENTER TO GET TWO LOGS.
  7. PUT ALL THIS TO GRILL FOR 5 -6 MINUTES TO DRY THE BREAD NOT BROWN IT.
  8. TAKE WHITE CHOCOLATE COMPOUND.
  9. MELT IT IN DOUBLE BOILER OR MICROWAVE.
  10. COAT EACH CYLINDER OF BREAD WITH MELTED CHOCOLATE AND PUT INSIDE FREEZER TO DRY FOR FEW MINUTES.
  11. TAKE CHINA GRASS SOAK IT IN 1/4 CUP WATER.
  12. TAKEOUT 1/2 CUP MILK, ADD CUSTARD POWDER AND MIX.
  13. BRING OTHER MILK TO BOIL, ADD CUSTARD POWDER. MIX MILK AND COOK, ADD SUGAR TILL BECOMES THICK.
  14. TAKE A PAN, COOK PAPAYA PUREE, ADD CHINA GRASS SOAKED AND COOK TILL IT MELTS.
  15. MIX PAPAYA MIX WITH CUSTARD MIX, ADD 50GMS WHITE CHOCOLATE PIECES. COOK FOR FEW MINUTES TILL CHOCOLATE MELTS, KEEP WARM.
  16. NOW TAKE OUT SMALL ROLLS FROM FREEZER. FILL WITH CUSTARD MIX.
  17. PUT THEM INSIDE FREEZER TO SET.
  18. TAKE BIG ROLLS FILL THEM WITH CUSTARD MIX .
  19. PUT THEM INSIDE FREEZER TO SET.
  20. TAKE 2 TSP OF MELTED CHOCOLATE, ADD FEW DROPS OF BLUE COLOUR.
  21. MIX AND KEEP READY.
  22. TAKE A ZIPPER BAG PUT BLUE COLOUR CHOCOLATE IN IT.
  23. TAKE OUT SMALL ROLLS MAKE A DESIGN WITH BLUE COLOUR ON TOP OF EACH ROLL.
  24. GARNISH WITH SLICED PISTACHIO.
  25. PUT INSIDE FRIDGE TO SET.
  26. TAKE LITTLE RED COLOUR IN A BOWL, PUT 1 TSP OF MELTED CHOCOLATE WITH 1 TSP OF MILK AND MIX. ADD BLUE COLOUR MIX CHOCOLATE TO GET PURPLISH COLOUR.
  27. DROP FEW DROPS WITH SPOON ON EACH ROLL.
  28. TAKE BIG ROLLS OUT FROM FREEZER.
  29. COAT ONE END OF ROLLS WITH PURPLISH CHOCOLATE.
  30. PUT INSIDE FREEZER TO SET.
  31. NOW REMOVE BIG ROLLS OUT FROM FREEZER.
  32. CUT THEM LENGTHWISE INTO TWO.
  33. DROP PURPLISH COLOUR CHOCOLATE WITH SPOON TO MAKE DESIGN.
  34. GARNISH WITH SLICE PISTACHIO.
  35. PUT INSIDE FRIDGE TO SET FOR FEW HOURS.
