Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dates about 12 to 15 deseeded
  2. Fresh cream about 40 to 50 gm
  3. Sugar just a tbsp
  4. Cocoa powder a tsp
  5. Almonds as required (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the dates and pat dry them.
  2. Make a slit lengthwise.
  3. Mix the sugar cocoa and the cream well.
  4. Fill it up in the centre.
  5. Serve them in the cupcake liners with almonds or just as it is.
  6. This can be made in no time. Whip up this delicious wonder any time you wish as a surprise to your family.
