Cheesy Buns

Ingredients to make Cheesy Buns

  • Simple pav buns 2 pcs
  • Melted butter 1 tspn
  • chopped capsicum 1 tbsp
  • chopped beans 1 tbsp
  • chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For salsa sauce few yellow, red and green capsicum mix
  • 1 or two tomatoes for puree, Roasted, peeled and pureed
  • 1/2 tspn sugar and 1/2 tspn vinegar
  • Cheese cubes 2 (be generous you can use more)

How to make Cheesy Buns

  1. Cut buns from mid and apply butter.
  2. Saute all the chopped vegetables and add salt and crushed black pepper.
  3. Spread vegetable mix on the buns.
  4. Nicely grate cheese on it.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper.
  6. Grill it in microwave for 7-8 minutes. Buns are ready to savour.
  7. For salsa sauce, first roast tomatoes on gas, this will give awesome smoky taste to your sauce. Peel its skin and grind.
  8. Keep it on fire, add capsicum.
  9. Add salt, vinegar, sugar and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes on sim and pour hot in a bowl Sauce is ready to savour.

My Tip:

After butter you can also apply any sauce to give a tangy twist.
