Blackfoest Chocolate Cake

Ingredients to make Blackfoest Chocolate Cake

  • maida 1/2 cup
  • powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tablespoon
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate essence 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate colour 1 table spoon
  • Icing cream as needed
  • butter paper as needed
  • Normal sugar as per taste

How to make Blackfoest Chocolate Cake

  1. Mix all the ingredients except baking soda in a container and mix it well with a grinder.
  2. Mix baking soda with water and put it in the dough prepared and again mix it well.
  3. Pre heat the oven or cooker.
  4. Put oil in cake container and put Maida on it and the cut the butter paper according to the size of the container and pur it inside.
  5. Take any shaped container you wish. And pour the dough in it.
  6. Let it cook for 45 mins. Then take it out and check if it is cooled. If yes then cool it down.
  7. Beat (mix) or grind the cream with grinder till it gets thick. Put it in freezer.
  8. Prepare a sugar or golden syrup. Take a container put sugar and water and boil it till the sugar melts and then cool it.
  9. Cut the cake into 2 equal halves. Then put the sugar syrup and then the icing cream on it.
  10. Then put both the halves on each other and cover it with cream totally.
  11. Decorate it according to your wish.

My Tip:

Always add water if the dough is too thick and mix it well in a grinder. Never start working on the cake as soon as it is cooked, first cool it. You can also eat the cake without putting icing cream and decorating it.
