Ingredients to make Shell Shape Chocolatey Canopy

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • water as needed
  • 1/2 cup grated dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup grated milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp butter

How to make Shell Shape Chocolatey Canopy

  1. Make a semi hard dough with maida, semolina, oil, salt and water.
  2. Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Divided the dough in to marble size pedas.
  4. Put peda in dice to give shell shape.
  5. Deep fry on low flame and keep aside.
  6. Make a dip with chocolate, butter and milk by melting in double boiler separately white and dark chocolate.
  7. Coat the canopy with chocolate, dip and spread over butter paper.
  8. Keep for 30 minutes.
