Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup samak flour ya bhagar flour
  2. 1/2 cup milk powder
  3. 4 tbsp desi ghee
  4. 4 5 tbsp powder sugar
  5. 1/4 tbsp cardamom powder
  6. 6-7 saffron strands
  7. 1/4 tbsp baking powder
  8. 2-3 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Grind the samak rice into a fine powdery texture.
  2. Then take a bowl, put samak flour, add milk powder and mix it neatly.
  3. Then add ghee, cardamom powder and dryfruits pieces.
  4. Then add baking powder, powder sugar, saffron strands soaked in milk and mix all ingredients neatly.
  5. Make a nice dough.
  6. Make cookies as you want in shape and bake it.
  7. I made in gas oven it takes 30 min for baking.
