Ingredients to make Tampa

  • 1 cup atta
  • 4 tbsp of ghee
  • jaggery as per taste
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • dry fruits for garnishing

How to make Tampa

  1. Heat a thick pan, add atta and ghee, stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes till it becomes little bit brown in colour.
  2. Now add jaggery and stir constantly.
  3. Let it caramelize, then sprinkle the milk, stir constantly and add coconut
  4. Spread it on a plate, let cool. Cut into small pieces, decorate with dry fruits.
