Chocolate Marble Cake (eggless)

Ingredients to make Chocolate Marble Cake (eggless)

  • all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
  • sugar powdered 3/4 cup
  • butter 1/2 cup in room temperature
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • milk 3/4 or 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate colour 1 tsp
  • Chocolate essence 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Extra sugar powder 1 tbsp

How to make Chocolate Marble Cake (eggless)

  1. Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Mix milk, sugar and vanilla essence well.
  4. Add it in the maida mixture.
  5. Add milk and blend to make a batter.
  6. Divide the batter in two halves.
  7. Mix cocoa powder in one half.
  8. Add extra 1 tbsp sugar powder.
  9. Mix and add milk one tbsp.
  10. Add chocolate colour and essence.
  11. Mix again.
  12. Preheat the microwave for 5 minutes on 180 C.
  13. Grease a cake tin.
  14. First pour 1 tbsp plain batter in the centre of tin.
  15. Wait for 1 minute.
  16. Now pour chocolate batter on top of white batter in the centre.
  17. Stop for 1 minute.
  18. Now again pour white batter on top of chocolate batter.
  19. Repeat this process until batter is finished.
  20. Make a big sign of plus on it with a toothpick.
  21. Now make lines in between the plus.
  22. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes on microwave mode.
  23. Cool and cut.
  24. Enjoy.
