Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida 1/2 cup
  2. Khoya grated 1 cup
  3. Baking soda 1/8 tsp
  4. Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  5. Water 2 1/2 cup
  6. Few saffron strands
  7. Rose water 2 tsp
  8. Dry fruits finely chopped 1/4 cup
  9. Pistachio chopped for garnish
  10. Ghee for Deep Frying

Instructions

  1. Mix maida, khoya and baking soda very well with hand.
  2. Cover and keep for 10 mnts.
  3. Boil water and sugar and make 1 string syrup.
  4. Keep saffron in 2 tsp water for 10 mnts.
  5. Add saffron water and rose water in sugar syrup.
  6. Remove from gas.
  7. Now mix again khoya and maida mixture.
  8. Make small balls with stuffing of dry fruits.
  9. Deep fry in ghee on low to medium heat.
  10. Cool it and add in warm syrup.
  11. Leave for 10 mnts.
  12. Remove from syrup.
  13. Garnish with pistachio and serve.
