Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dark chocolate - 100 gms
  2. White Chocolate - 100 gms

Instructions

  1. Chop dark chocolate and white chocolate separately.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler and pour into chocolate/ lollipop mould up to half the height.
  3. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler and pour over the set white chocolate to fill the mould.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes, insert lollipop sticks and freeze for an hour.
  6. Once set, remove from mould and wrap the lollies with chocolate wrappers.
  7. Store in the refrigerator.
