Triangle Cake

Ingredients to make Triangle Cake

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup suger
  • 1/2 cup oil/butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3-4 drops vanilla essence

How to make Triangle Cake

  1. sieve and mix together flour and baking powder.
  2. mix in beaten eggs, suger,oil and milk.
  3. put in vanilla essence and 1pinch of yellow food colour.
  4. Seperate 4 tbsp batter and mix cocoa powder.
  5. In pre heated sandwich maker put in 2 tbsp batter in each section and 1 tbsp cocoa batter.
  6. Make design with toothpick.
  7. Cover the lid and open it after 5 minutes.

My Tip:

I got the idea of making cake in a sandwich maker from 'recipe passion group'. It takes little time and kids love the shape.
