Nariyal Barfi

Ingredients to make Nariyal Barfi

  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp crushed pistachios
  • 1 tsp almond
  • 2 tbsp Milk

How to make Nariyal Barfi

  1. On the heavy bottom pan, add grated coconut ghee milk and sugar, heat it.
  2. Mix it till it becomes thick on a medium flame
  3. Grease another plate with ghee.
  4. Turn off the flame and spread the batter properly in the plate.
  5. Now spread almond, pistachio and cardamom over it.
  6. Cool it to room temperature.
  7. On cooling cut and serve it.

My Tip:

Mix some dry fruits in the batter, it will become more tasty.
