Ingredients to make Pink & White Chocolate Cupcakes

  • Chocolate 1/4 cup
  • maida 1 and 1/4 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • Oil/ butter 2 tbsp
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Dark pink food colour
  • Nozzle
  • Piping bag

How to make Pink & White Chocolate Cupcakes

  1. Melt chocolate in oven for 1 minute.
  2. In a bowl mix maida, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Add cocoa powder.
  4. In another bowl mix sugar with lukewarm milk.
  5. Then add curd and oil.
  6. Mix dry ingredients with liquid ingredients.
  7. At last, add melted chocolate.
  8. Preheat the oven at180 C.
  9. Take cupcakes and grease them with butter.
  10. Pour the cake better in cupcakes.
  11. Bake it for 10 to 20 minutes.
  12. Once baked, let them cool completely.
  13. Divide the whipped cream into 2 parts.
  14. In one part, add few drops of dark pink food colour.
  15. Leave the other part as it is.
  16. Adjust the nozzle into piping bag.
  17. Fill piping bag with whipped cream.
  18. Then make rose shape design with help of nozzle.
  19. Your beautiful rose cupcakes are ready.
