Butter Lemon Choco Tarts

Ingredients to make Butter Lemon Choco Tarts

  • 500 grams cake flour or white flour
  • 300 grams butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp lemon Rind
  • 1 cup melted Morde chocolate
  • 2-3 big size lemon

How to make Butter Lemon Choco Tarts

  1. Keep butter cold in fridge.
  2. Take half of this cold butter, mix well into flour.
  3. Add little sugar and salt to taste.
  4. Rub and massage the flour well and make dough, keep aside.
  5. Now grease tart moulds & press in the kneaded flour to make tarts and put to Bake 220 degrees for 20 min.
  6. Ready the lemon filling by mixing in the lemon rind, fold in the icing sugar and remaining butter.
  7. Make a butter paper cone to scoop out the lemon mix into tarts and pour lemon filling in this.
  8. Now fill a chocolate melted cone to garnish the lemon tarts and enhance taste.
  9. Make thin slices of lemon and garnish Tarts with each slice.
  10. Keep these cool till consumed.
  11. Serve at room temperature.

My Tip:

Freshly made are better. To enhance taste can use some vanilla essence in lemon filling.
