  • Compound chocolate - 300 gm
  • Homemade paneer - half cup
  • cardamom powder - half tsp
  • Orange - 1
  • Balloon - 1
  • ghee - for greasing

How to make Choco Bowl

  1. Heat the pan on medium flame, add water to it. Now put another pan on this pan and add compound chocolate to it, so it will start melting.
  2. On another stove, switch on the gas on low flame, put a kadhai, add paneer, cook for a minute and add cardamom powder, mix it and switch off the gas.
  3. Take a plate, grease it, spread the paneer mixture evenly on the plate, press lightly with the help of spatula or your palm.
  4. Take melted chocolate in a spoon and spread it on paneer sandesh evenly and put the plate in a fridge for about 5 minutes.
  5. Now check melted chocolate, take out chocolate pan from the gas.
  6. Now blow the balloon, dip it in melted chocolate, keep it on a plate and then keep the plate in fridge.
  7. After 2 minutes take out both plates from the fridge, now take a toothpick, slowly press the balloon with the help of toothpick and take out balloon from chocolate bowl.
  8. Fill chocolate bowl with choco paneer sandesh.
  9. Garnish the chocolate bowl with orange.

My Tip:

If there is crack while taking out balloon from the chocolate, then instead of taking out balloon just dip the balloon once again in chocolate.
