ABOUT Choco Coffee Icecream with Pralines RECIPE

An ice cream which is irresistible. It has the goodness of coffee and cocoa with pralines.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Condensed milk 400 grams
  2. Fresh cream 200 ml
  3. Cocoa powder 2 teaspoon
  4. Instant Coffee powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. almonds 6 cut into pieces
  6. sugar 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a wide bowl, add all ingredients except almonds and sugar, blend together for two minutes. Pour it in icecream tray and deep freeze.
  2. To make pralines, caramalise the sugar and put the almond pieces. Remove and keep aside.
  3. To serve: Put ice cream in a bowl and top with pralines.
