Ingredients Serving: 2
For the caramelized Vegetables:
French beans 200 gms
Carrots 200 gms
Cauliflower 15 florets ( medium )
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Brown sugar 5 tsp
Dark Chocolate grated 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
For Rice:
Rice (long grain) 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
For Sauce:
Dark chocolate 1 cup
Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Brewed Coffee 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
Onion 1 big ( chopped fine )
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Freshly ground mustard seeds 1 tsp
Freshly ground pepper 1 tsp
Chocolate Syrup 2 tsp
Low Calorie Soft Cheese
Olive oil 2 tbsp
For cutlets:
Boiled Potatoes 3 ( medium )
Maggi noodles oats dry ground 1 cup
Besan ( gram flour ) 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
Salt Chilli Powder, Garam masala to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
To prepare vegetables:
Heat butter in a nonstick pan. Add crushed garlic.
Add vegetables and saute with salt. Stir fry on medium flame.
After half done add Brown Sugar, and pepper. Let it cook, add Grated Chocolate. Saute for 5 minutes. Reserve little Syrup, put in a Hot Case.
For Rice:
Saute rice in butter with crushed garlic. Saute till brown then add hot water with added cocoa powder and let It cook.
For Sauce:
Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown. Add garlic. Stir in chocolate, brown sugar, ketchup, soya sauce, cayenne pepper and stir continuously. Add honey, crushed peppers, mustard seeds and vinegar. Adjust salt and add low calorie soft cheese.
Till the sauce thickens prepare sizzler plate. Heat the plate, grease it and cover with greased cabbage leaves. Put cutlets on one side and Veggies on the other side. Serve hot rice with sizzling chocolate barbecue sauce.
