A very famous marwari dish kanji bada is here, my favorite.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moth-moong dal bada - 4
  2. Boiled water - 2 cup
  3. Mustard seeds powder - half tsp
  4. Salt - as per taste
  5. Red chili powder - as per taste
  6. Buttermilk - 1 tsp
  7. Heeng - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a medium sized bowl, add boiled water.
  2. Now add salt, red chili powder, heeng and mustard seeds powder and buttermilk.
  3. Mix all and add bada to it, cover with lid and keep this bowl in a cabinet of the kitchen for about 12 hours.
  4. After 12 hours, take out the bowl and kanji bada is ready to serve.

It's not the Marwadi way.... kanji ka pani faadne k liye kya krte hain. ...I was searching that. ....n it's missing
