Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Raw banana 4-5
  2. potato 1-2
  3. sendha salt acc to taste
  4. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  5. kuttu flour 1cup
  6. green chilli 1-2 chopped
  7. kismiss 1tsp
  8. roasted peanut 1tsp
  9. coriander seeds (roast and grind)
  10. ginger 1/2
  11. Lemon juice 1tsp
  12. coriander leaves 2-3 chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the ends of raw banana and cut them into 2-3 pieces and pressure cook along with potato and ginger for 2-3 whidtles. After it cools down peel skin of raw banana and potato grind it without water.
  2. Add all the masales and make smooth dough.
  3. Divide prepared dough in equal portions roll one portion into small ball and flatten it. Keep 3-4 kismiss in middles.
  4. Make shami kebab size tikki .
  5. Heat oil in a fry pan. Fry in hot oil both sides are golden.
  6. Remove from oil and serve with you choice of chutney.
