Ingredients to make Chocolate Palak Caramel Fingers

  • maida - 1 cup
  • Melted Dark Chocolate - 1 cup
  • White butter 3/4 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • dahi - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
  • brown sugar - 2 tsp
  • tutti fruity - 1/2 cup
  • palak puree - 1/2 cup

How to make Chocolate Palak Caramel Fingers

  1. REFINE MAIDA, BAKING SODA AND BAKING POWDER TOGETHER. MIX BUTTER, POWDERED SUGAR, MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE AND DAHI WELL TOGETHER. ADD MAIDA MIXTURE, VANILLA ESSENCE, MILK AND TUTyY FRUITY SLOWLY AND MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER.
  2. TAKE GREASED RECTANGLE MOULDS AND DUST THEM WITH MAIDA, FILL MOULDS HALF WITH BATTER AND ADD 1 TBSP OF PALAK PUREE MIX WITH BROWN SUGAR IN MID OF IT, AGAIN COVER IT WITH BATTER TILL 3/4TH OF MOULD.
  3. BAKE FOR 13 MINUTES IN PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREE CELCIUS.
  4. DEMOULD, GARNISH WITH TUTY FRUITY AND SERVE HOT.
