  • 1 bunch Green salad leaves
  • 1 bunch Red salad leaves
  • 200 grams Asparagus (blanched)
  • 1 Beetroot (roasted & cubed)
  • 1 Oranges (deseeded)
  • 50 grams Candied walnuts
  • sesame seeds roasted, to garnish
  • Feta, to garnish
  • Balsamic Dressing Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp sesame seed
  • 1 spring rosemary
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp whole coriander seeds, toasted (optional)

How to make Mixed Green Salad in a Balsamic Dressing
