Corn Bomb

Ingredients to make Corn Bomb

  • Sweet corn 1 cup (boiled and ground)
  • potato 1 piece boiled
  • Suji 3 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Green chilli 1 (chopped)
  • Green coriander 3 tsp
  • besan 2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 3 tsp (optional)

How to make Corn Bomb

  1. Mix corn, potato, suji, besan, chilli, salt and cheese.
  2. Make balls.
  3. Preheat microwave at 200 degree.
  4. Place balls in baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or till brown in colour.
  5. Serve with green chutney.
