Ingredients to make Poha

  • Poha 1 1/2 cup
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Roasted peanuts 4 tsp
  • curry leaves 10-12
  • Green chilli 2
  • Nylon sev for garnish
  • Oil 2 tsp / butter
  • Rai 1 tsp
  • haldi 1/2 tsp

How to make Poha

  1. Put water in poha and strain.
  2. Take a kadhai. Add oil. Put rai to splutter.
  3. Add haldi. Then add poha and peanuts. Add salt and sugar. Mix.
  4. Turn off the gas. Garnish with sev.

My Tip:

Poha should immediately be strained.
